Girin is a modern expression of classic Korean cuisine. Contemporary cooking techniques are applied to traditional dishes to present an elevated, but authentic Korean culinary experience. We honor Korean cuisine and recipes while paying respect to the Pacific Northwest Region and its ingredients. All executed as an homage to the skill and love of Korean grandmothers.

Our food is inspired by the bounty from local farmers, wild foragers of the Olympics & Cascades, and fishing boats from the Puget Sound. We feature carefully sourced ingredients. Many dishes are served ssam-style, featuring a beautiful spread of leafy greens, garlic & chilies for wrapping. Each of our seasonal banchan - side dishes, kimchi, noodles and dumplings are made in-house from scratch. Geombei!
